We strive to provide the highest quality corporate training. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following policy to ensure a fair process for all participants.
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Course Cancellation: If Bangladesh Business Excellence cancels a scheduled of physical or online training session, 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants.
Withdrawal by Participant: * To receive a full refund, participants must notify us at least 7 days prior to the start of the training.
Withdrawals made within 3 to 6 days of the start date may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or withdrawals made less than 48 hours before the session begins.
Physical Training: Once the physical materials (manuals, kits, etc.) have been opened or the session has commenced, refunds are generally not provided.
Online Training: For digital courses, once a participant has logged into the Learning Management System (LMS) or accessed the course materials, the course is considered “consumed,” and no refund will be issued.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Mobile Financial Services like bKash/Nagad, Debit/Credit Card or others).
Standard Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note: This timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or the payment gateway’s processing speed.
We encourage substitutions instead of cancellations. If a registered participant cannot attend, you may nominate a colleague to take the seat at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the session begins.
