Limited License: Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or internal corporate growth only.
Prohibitions: You may not record, record-screen, redistribute, sell, or publicly share our training materials without express written consent from our CEO, Md. Abu Bakkar Siddique.
Registration: Your seat is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a formal Purchase Order (PO) from a registered organization.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Pricing: BDBEX reserves the right to change course fees at any time. However, once a payment is made, the price is locked for that specific session.
To maintain a professional environment, all participants (physical and online) must:
Refrain from using offensive language or engaging in harassment.
Respect the intellectual contributions of the trainer and other participants.
Online Specifics: Sharing login credentials for our online portal is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.
While our programs are designed based on 8+ years of industry experience and high corporate standards (CA firm and listed company protocols), BDBEX does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial gains. We provide tools and knowledge; the application and results depend on the individual and the organization.
BDBEX reserves the right to:
Reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, technical failure, or national emergencies).
Update or modify course content to ensure it remains relevant to current industry standards.
All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which stipulates a processing timeline of 7 to 10 working days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
